WAIIIIII!!!!! THE FINALE WAS EPIC!!!!

Seriously one of the best endings ever for a series. And not only was the plot and action itself amazing, but I think I drove Fyli and Joat insane with my admirations of the animation quality.


WAIIII for all the Zutara moments even though they didn't end up canon. Much, much MUCHHHHHHHHH love to Mike and Bryan for including all those wonderful scenes! Hell, I don't even mind Maiko that much anymore since they weren't all emo and "I hate the world" about it anymore. Still don't think it's the best couple ever but I'm not loathing it anymore.

And before anyone claims I've disliked Maiko simply because it interfered with my deep passion for Zutara, I'd like to point out that I have thought Kataang is cute and did have a very loving "awwwwwwww" moment at the very last scene.

Speaking of Zutara though...had a comic I created way back at the premire of Season 3, but need to finish coloring it. I admit I'm gonna feel pretty pathetic posting it after the finale, but meh....

Anyways.....moving onto Azula. HOMG HOW PERFECT FOR HER!! I mean, I never even would have imagined that they would portray insanity like that in a kids show! And how Katara managed to bring her down was spectacular! She and Zuko managed to team up without actualy fighting together, 'cause admit it, there's no way Katara would have been able to beat Azula if Zuko hadn't have worn her down (and added to her cockiness) first. Her being chained also gave me a good reason to pull out my handcuffs and use them on Fyli though. ^_^ She, me and Joat are planning on doing an Ozai's Angels cosplay at some point in the future and she's the Azula of the group (I'm Mai if anyone's curious).

Ty Lee's closure was also absolutely perfect for her! I mean, I had always wondered what would have happend to her at the end, but nothing I came up with even came close to her joining up with the Kyoshi warriors.

All the Suki and Sokka moments were just adorable, so at least one of my ships became canon (although technicaly it already was so meh), and actualy, technicaly two of my ships became canon as I squealed in delight at the revelation that Paku and Gran-Gran reunited.

Totaly LOVED the "old people camp" and how the members of the White Lotus kicked massive butt at Ba Sing Se. Am somewhat dissapointed we didn't see that much action from Iroh, but Iroh is made of awesome and he has LOADS of moments throughout the rest fo the series.

Speaking of Iroh, the reunion between him and Zuko was...was....man I can't even describe it. Had to have been my all time favorite moment in the entire series! When I get the season 3 box set, I'm just going to watch that bit again, and again, and again.

I have to admit, one of the things I was worried about with the finale was that they'd be so intent on the final battle and everything that there would be less of the awesome humor that plays a huge part in why I love Avatar so much, but once again, Mike and Bryan didn't let us down as they even managed to included IN the uber tense, final battles.

Have to admit though, the one little factor I had an issue with was that....THEY DIDN"T ACTUALY SAY WHAT HAPPEND TO URSA!!! T_T Yes they did mention it at the end...but stillllllllll.... *sulks* I hope at the very least Mike or Bryan might mention what happend to her in an interview or something.

*breathes* Oh man...so much more to babble on and on about but I'm getting confused as to what I've mentioned and what I haven't. Not to mention I'm sure there's gonna be PLENTY of fans out there who are more coherent than I am but will still cover everything I said and things I wanted to say.
